1. Acceptance

You accept these terms when you create an account using the required acceptance control. You may browse public comparison pages without an account. If you do not accept the terms, do not create or use an account. The Privacy Policy separately explains how the service operator handles personal data.

2. Service

CenuFiltrs helps users discover and compare product offers from independent retailers. CenuFiltrs is not the seller of products shown in comparison results unless a page expressly states otherwise.

Search results, rankings, price history, availability, delivery information, and other offer data are informational tools. The retailer's checkout page contains the final product, price, availability, delivery, warranty, return, and payment terms.

3. Accounts and sign-in

You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

You may sign in with email and password or an enabled identity provider such as Google. Provider authentication is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

4. Acceptable use

Use CenuFiltrs lawfully and without interfering with the service, other users, retailers, or platform security.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or probe non-public systems.
• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not use automated traffic in a way that disrupts the service or violates published access rules.
• Do not misuse retailer links, reviews, alerts, or account features for fraud or manipulation.

5. Prices and retailer information

Retailers and data feeds may change prices or availability before CenuFiltrs updates. We work to keep comparison data useful but do not guarantee that every price, specification, image, availability status, or retailer detail is complete, current, or error-free.

Verify material purchase details directly with the retailer before ordering.

6. External services

Links may take you to independent retailers or other third parties. Their websites, products, payments, delivery, warranties, returns, content, and data practices are controlled by them, not by the CenuFiltrs operator.

Retailers may pay CenuFiltrs for valid clicks and clearly labelled advertising placements. Public comparison is free for users and does not require an account. The retailer, not CenuFiltrs, sets the final price and commercial terms.

7. Intellectual property

CenuFiltrs software, design, original content, and branding are owned by the service operator or used under license. Retailer names, product marks, images, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

These terms do not transfer ownership rights or grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected parts of the service except where law expressly permits it.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of CenuFiltrs for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or product reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Responsibility and liability

CenuFiltrs is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not responsible for retailer conduct, third-party products or services, or losses caused by reliance on information that should have been verified with the retailer.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, retailers, the service, or legal compliance, including for fraud, abuse, security attacks, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The published version and effective date identify the current terms. A material change that affects registered users requires a new acceptance instead of treating silence or continued use as agreement.

For a complaint about CenuFiltrs itself, use the Contact page so the service operator can review it internally. Questions about a retailer's product, final price, delivery, warranty, return or purchase must be addressed to that retailer. We do not direct users to the discontinued EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Latvian law applies without taking away mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under another applicable law.
